Pinsa from Italy

To prepare this classic Italian pinsa, pour the tomato sauce evenly over the base of the pinsa. Add a sprinkle of cheese, bake for a few minutes and remove once the dough is golden and the mozzarella has melted. Add the remaining ingredients: arugula, parmesan, grape tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.

Prepare your perfect Pinsa base!

Step 2

Top with:

  • Whole peeled tomato sauce
  • Grated mozzarella

Step 3

Then, bake!

  • Preheat oven to 450°
  • Bake for 7-10 minutes.

Finish with arugula, grated Parmesan cheese, grape tomatoes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
