Carbonara Pinsa

Topped with extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella, guanciale (Italian cured pork) and a pinch of ground black pepper, simply place your decorated pinsa in the oven, allowing the edges of the crust to brown. Finish with an egg yolk and pecorino cream sauce for the classic taste of carbonara.

Prepare your perfect Pinsa base!

Top with:

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Guanciale
  • Black Pepper

Step 3

Then, bake!

  • Preheat oven to 450°
  • Bake 7-10 minutes

Finish with Egg Yolk and Pecorino Cream Sauce.
